  • Experience working with various testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar automation tools.
  • Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing results on time and within budget.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in testing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth functional testing to evaluate the stability and functionality of software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Document detailed, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios for functional and end-to-end testing, covering both manual and automated testing procedures.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to plan testing activities and coordinate release activities effectively.
  • Execute test cases and scenarios, identifying defects and bugs, and accurately documenting and tracking them through to resolution.
  • Work closely with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed bug reports and assisting in their resolution.
  • Validate data integrity and accuracy in multiple systems, including Vistex, Web Methods, Hybris, Vertex, and third-party applications integrated with SAP financial postings.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, facilitating testing meetings, summarizing results, and providing go/no-go recommendations.
  • Generate test data for short and long-term application needs, ensuring adequate coverage of test scenarios and business use cases.
  • Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing metrics, to ensure alignment with project requirements and changes.
  • Stay up-to-date on QA best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies, continuously improving testing processes and contributing to the overall quality assurance strategy.
